The EM160R-GL is an LTE-A Cat 16 module in an M.2 form factor designed to meet the 3GPP Release 14 specification. It supports maximum downlink rates of 1Gbps and uplink rates of 150Mbps.
Designed for the global market, the EM160R-GL covers nearly all mainstream carriers worldwide. The module supports IZat™ location technology Gen9 (GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou and Galileo), with integrated GNSS that simplifies product design while providing quicker, more accurate positioning.
Featuring a rich set of internet protocols, industry-standard interfaces and abundant functionalities (PCIe interface/USB drivers for Windows, Linux, Android and optional built-in eSIM), the module supports applications including:
